Purchasers may choose from newly constructed 3-5 bedroom, 3-4 bath townhomes or twinhomes. Unit owners at Wilderness Point Resort will enjoy the maintenance free environment where all exterior cabin maintenance and the grounds are cared for by management company personnel. As a unit owner, you will be a member of the resort's townhome association.
